After years of travel, experimentation, and research (it was delicious), Bethany Blues has developed their own unique barbecue. Dare we call it DELMARVA BARBECUE cooked in their huge smoker Li’l Reggie. They use a blend of woods in the smoking process. They also add a small amount of Jack Daniels barrel wood!
Their travels and research took them to the deep woods of Texas through Austin & Mesquite, from the infamous Salt Lick BBQ to the fabulous Rudy’s. They ventured through the entire state of Tennessee and learned their style from the World Famous Calhoun’s Ribs, and even headed way up to to upstate New York to learn from the infamous Dinosaur BBQ.
PRIVATE EVENTS – WEDDING RECEPTION, REHEARSAL DINNER, BRIDAL SHOWER, GUY OR GIRLS NIGHT OUT.
They have the facilities to host private parties from 8 to 250 people. They have seating capacity of over 250. We have 3 small dining rooms at the front of the building which each seat 20 comfortably. These rooms are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and other private functions.

Bethany Blues has become a sought after caterer for weddings and other events. From small events of 50 people, to large parties of 200 or more, we have the ability to cater several types of functions. we can to make any event a hit with our awesome BBQ and more.
