There is nothing akin to splendor of fall color exposed by a sunny day on the grounds of a beautiful venue like Carriage House at Rockwood Park. When it occurs on your wedding day, it makes for amazing photography.
A Halloween inspired wedding can be the best way to celebrate a marriage and the memory of a loved one in a fun way. Fanciful masks, trick or treat wedding favors, little hints of the season mingled with the elegant traditional wedding.
“For love at first sight requires the very sign of its suddenness; and of all things, it is the scene which seems to be seen best for the first time: a curtain parts and what had not yet ever been seen is devoured by the eyes…” Roland Barthes
One of the most important aspects Halloween and Weddings have in common is atmosphere. The World Cafe Live at The Queen has all the atmosphere a diva could want. The ceremony room on the upper floor has a great warmth and brightness while the reception stage below has a mysterious, romantic feel. But don’t take my word for it! Check out these amazing photos by Blonnie Brooks Photography. To learn more about the World Cafe Live at The Queen, click the link here.
It’s Halloween week with Morning Cup of Wedding and The Twisted Vine Wedding and Event Florals is kicking us off in style! The arrangements for this wedding are absolutely something you need to see if you’re a fall lover. Each one is super unique! The pumpkin runway and a bouquet of colored leaves are definitely my favorites. To learn more about The Twisted Vine, follow the link here.
Photography by Foschi is here to brighten up our Morning Cup of Wedding. One of my favorite things about early fall weddings is being able to capture the bright greens with the deeper fall color pallet. The Carriage House at Rockwood Park has the perfect setup for these great photos! Rustic and open, but rich and warm! To learn more about Photography by Foschi, follow the link here.

You’re not gonna believe you’re awake because this Morning Cup of Wedding is just dreamy. Maria Mack Photography captured a fairy tale of a wedding at Hagley Museum and Library complete with beautiful lights, whimsical autumn foilage, and beautiful architecture that frames this special wedding day and ceremony.
